Installation Forman
(Commercial Glass/Glazing)

Full Time – Hourly

Pay Range: $25-28/Hour Starting

Seeking a skilled Glass Installer Forman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various skills and the ability to work with glass installations in a commercial setting. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to quality workmanship. As a Glass Installer Forman, you will be responsible for ensuring that glass products are installed safely and efficiently, meeting the high standards of our clients.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills.

  • Experience in fabricating and assembling various structures.

  • Can-do attitude.

  • Strong general ability to troubleshoot installation issues.

  • OSHA 10 Certification a minimum, 30 preferred.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Shop – General Labor

Full Time – Hourly

Pay Range: $18-23/Hour Starting

As a General Laborer in the glass and metal fabrication warehouse, you will play a crucial role in supporting various stages of the fabrication process. This will involve handling materials, assisting skilled tradespeople, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and performing a variety of physical tasks to ensure smooth operations. You will work with both metal components and delicate glass products, requiring attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to reliability and punctuality.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.

  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and eagerness to learn about and operate various equipment.

  • Glass and/or metal fabrication knowledge preferred but not required.

Project Manager
(Commercial Glass/Glazing)

Full Time – Salary

Pay Range: Based on Experience

Seeking a Project Manager with experience in commercial glass and glazing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects and be familiar with commercial glass installation. This role requires a high level of time management skills, strong leadership skills and a minimum of 3+ years of Commercial Glass Management experience.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3+ years of Commercial Glass Management experience.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings.

  • Can-do attitude.

  • Strong general ability to troubleshoot installation issues.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.


Field Glass/Glazing Installer

Full Time – Hourly

Pay Range: $21-24/Hour Starting

As a glass installer you will be responsible for installing glass products in various commercial settings, including windows, doors, and other structures. This physically demanding role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Skills Required:

  • Minium 1 year experience in glass installation, specifically in a commercial setting, is preferred.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings.

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.

  • Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in glass installation.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to reliability and punctuality.
